This guide explains how to book and use a self-drive rental vehicle on Ride and Tech in a few simple steps.
Step 1: Search for a Vehicle
- Visit rental.rideandtech.com
- Choose your pickup location
- Select start and end dates
- Browse available cars or bikes
Each listing shows pricing, rules, and vehicle details.
Step 2: Select Your Vehicle
Before booking, check:
- Rental price and duration
- Fuel policy
- Allowed usage area
- Security deposit (if applicable)
Choose the vehicle that best fits your trip.
Step 3: Upload Required Documents
To proceed, you must upload:
- Valid driving license
- Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.)
Documents are verified before vehicle handover.
Step 4: Confirm Booking & Make Payment
- Review your booking details
- Pay securely using supported payment methods
- Receive booking confirmation via email or dashboard
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
Step 5: Vehicle Pickup
At pickup:
- Carry original driving license and ID
- Inspect the vehicle for any existing damage
- Confirm fuel level and accessories
- Sign or acknowledge the handover checklist
